StraightSex ripped me off

I paid for a cam from StraightSex, Brendan Kelsey in Lake Jackson Texas, on April 25th. Since that that time I have had a single PM saying the cam would be here a week ago. Since that time he has refused to answer emails or PM's.

I have filed a claim with PayPal and plan on suing him in small claims court as well.

Buyer beware this guy is a scum bag rip off.

word of advice to all those that are getting screw over... newbies with little post aka less than 100 selling "hot items" or "big ticket items" are ultra sketchy. Better safe than sorry.

Maybe he was out of town and has not gotten his PMs or emails. I see he logged on about an hour ago, so hopefully he responds to you now. Stuff happens with shipping sometimes, but if he will post a tracking number, this will be taken care of.

He has been logged onto this site every day since I paid him. Not once has he returned a PM or an email. The guy is a rip off. He refuses to send a tracking number AND he said it would be here a week ago. I'd say it is time to get worried.

I have already filed a complaint with PayPal. It is awaiting a response from this guy.

PayPal resolved the dispute in my favor and I was able to get back most, but not all, of the money I paid Brendan Kelsey.
