first, UPS damaged the package in shipping and I had to wait until it was refunded to me
on June 15th I sent the money to paypal 8MG80080GJ731261L is the transaction money number, and I hit the resolve button and listed moneys returned to paypal thier records to me show that they then withdrew the money owned to peter
I have contacted paypal many times, even today and have not gotten a responce
thri records show that a -68 from my account ( to peter) leaving me a blance of $4 of the money I put into my account

so I still dont know what is up wiht this, and I am trying to resolve this

I am not trying to be a crook, and I did refund the money to paypal

even though they have all the correct info of peters, did he not receive the refund and did they fuck up ?
then where did the money go ?
or did peter get it and trying to get more,

as far as erics comment, I am curious what he considers true, obviously he makes comments with out knowiong it all, and if he knows, or peter, how to contact payapl and see that I did refund the money on the 15th

so I am trying to work with paypal, and you and I paid the money as soon as I was able to as w agreed in our pm's

and as far as dealing wiht ups, they claim the package was not padded enough so they are not refunding me my shipping or insurance

so in this whole deal I am out 58 dollars ( what it cost to ship the oversize box) and have a bucnh of bent shadow trim

I will still work to reolve this, but I cant refund it twice

So here's the story.

I bought shadow trim from this jerk-off, and waited and waited and waited.
I sent him like 20 pms and emails.. Finally he pms me and says "sorry man the shipment was returned cuz it got fucked up, but I'll refund you"

Fair enough... shit happens... i told the guy I'd gut grab something else of him, but he said he had noting left....

So I waited for my refund. a week later still nothing.

I filed a claim and he pms me with the holier than thou shit...

anyways... dick-face still hasn't refunded and I doubt he has the paypal money to cover it...
