the original account, isamemon is my user name on another forum not related to cars or transportation

I contacted adminsitrator long agon and asked if I could change my name and keep all my posts, I never got a reply so on the 10th, long before this dispute began, I changed my name

sure I might have over reacted, but did not appreaciate the thread or name calling when I thought this was a long done deal, it was not until paypal contacted me today saying it was nto resolved , which I fixed today
it was not peter that contacted me, and he has not contacted me either e mail or pm's since about a week before he posted his thread

if people really cared and wanted to waste theri time thy could go to paypal and see that in the years I have been with paypal, I have not had a single issue until now....and that is where they will find the name isamemon

1. Vrbovan: You paid, and he sent item. UPS damaged it, and he clearly sent you money back. Shit happens, and you're seriously overreacting. This guy lost product and money trying to do something nice for your ass, and now you're being a complete dick. Paypal would have done nothing for you, because as soon he submitted shipping info, that claim would have been tossed. Happened to me before. So be grateful, and stop being a whiny little bitch.

2. isamemon/3bvert: sucks for you on your loss, but you could be a little more diplomatic in resolving this, and by r3v rules, assholes usually get what they deserve. People would just stop selling to him. BUT, why do you have multiple accounts? Especially both being fairly new? How many other have you had? Very shady on your part.

so I guess I had the date wrong, I oringally refunded the money on the 13th not the 15th
attached is their hold on the money which I then released on the 15th to you dick face and then as I explained, they fucked up and reversed it today when they finally returend my contacts to them regarding why this ws not done

unfortuantely when you cut and paste form paypal it does not give you the offical looking pay pal page

so to anyone tht is interested I will send a copy of the printout , I do not have a scanner to scan it in

pay pal and I finally connected today

I would say the error was on both paypal and myself

I did ship the item , peter adn paypal have the tracking number
the items were returned ot me as damaged ( this took almost 3 weeks)

I did refund the money (transaction number listed above post/replay) on the 15th of June

Peter should have the money

this transaction has been a nightmare for peter and myself

but to keep it all on the level playing field, and to respond to your comments about my apperance, I guess Id rather be a dick face then a dick breath (you), thanks for sucking me off
