Have to admit they have satisfied me and somehow forgot to put the rear shocks in my order and are shipping them out today. I am very satisfied with the conversations with them on this matter and are going to send me a tracking number to my email when the left out items ship out today. Very good service in my opinion. I would do business with again

Never had a problem with them. Placed my order got everything I ordered in about 5 days.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

GC deserves some credit when it's due.
Short story: I'm happy with GC.
Long story: The adjuster screw for one of my spring perches got stuck. I'm not going to blame GC for that because I dragged that car through some pretty salty and sandy conditions and stainless hardware has a tendancy to gall up. I tore apart the assembly and tried to get the screw out without hurting the perch. $50 worth of reverse drill bits and easy-outs later I ended up destroying the perch.
I ordered a new perch and was told they had one with a cosmetic flaw that I could have for just the price of shipping. Of course I took it and opted for ground shipping. I waited two weeks and hadn't seen anything, so I gave them a call and their tracking info showed that UPS had left it at the front door a week prior. John sent me the tracking info and when I checked, sure enough that was the case. The problem was that the part never got to my hands.
Seemed to be a problem with UPS and not GC. I took a good look around my house and when I couldn't find it, I got back on the phone and was ready to pay full price for another one. After considering a few options, the rep told me he would file a claim with UPS and send me another one for just the price of shipping once again. Here I sit and expect to receive it this time.

I havent recieved my kit yet but I dealt with Trevor and he was very helpful, reccomended good rates, I bought used GC plates and the seller didnt know what strut they were for, sent a pic and he knew right away. He followed up day after the order with a personal email (not a canned reply) and offered any assistance with the install. So far I am very happy.

I have had great service with ground control. A few friends and I placed our order all at once and everything was shipped to my house very quick with out any problems. I got exactly what I asked for.
Only problem I had was the allen head bolts that hold the adjuster was a bit to long and it was binding my upper perch and causing the spring to pop.
Quick trip to lowes and 5.00 later took care of it.
I would buy from these guys any day of the week.

this was around a year and a half ago .. i dont save emails that are THAT old. i promote their products to others, but not their customer service. i have no reason to lie and say customer service was terrible if it was good ..

Our salesman cannot delete their emails in our system, plus I save the old hard drives too.
I already sent you an email asking for what other email addresses (besides "Nxxxxxxx@hotmail) you may have used.
