It seems like the only issue with his transactions would be communication.
I have sent numerous PMs to Fast325i, still waiting on a reply.
Bought smilies from him about a month ago, but am still waiting on a tracking number.
I realize that they're coming from Germany, but isn't that all the more reason to be more communicative? Work does get in the way, but if you're dealing with a product worth $200 you should take a minute to say that you haven't had the time to send it out.
I'll edit my post as soon as I get the headlights to illustrate the quality and follow up on the actual transit time.
Edit: See my third post, sale went through just fine.Last edited by Zasz; 08-19-2011, 09:31 PM.///Z

I bought wheels from him July 7. Its a month now and still havent seen sign of the wheels. He sent me a tracking number 2 weeks after I bought them and turns out that Ive been tracking items that ended up being delivered in NEW YORK. Its either he gave me the wrong tracking number or he screwed me. His inbox is always full and he takes 4 days to answer a PM.

Finally received my smilies from this guy. Good communication is not a quality he possesses, but his products speak for themselves. His description wasn't spot on, but I should've inspected the pictures more. Here is what his for sale post said:
"Hi,
up for sale is a set of BOSCH smiley euro headlights w/ city lights. The headlights are in good. One high beam has a chipping but will be removed a good condition high beam (the whole light - not only the glass). All other glasses are in good condition and have no cracks or chippings and only rare signs of pitting. The mounting frames and adjusters (some have rust at the surface) are complete too.
$195 shipped
These items are shipped from germany. I have checked the german DHL homepage and it says that delivery takes 10-12. You will get a tracking number of cause. Since I have to ship tons of parcel every day at work I have access to some professional shipping material."
Well, first I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the product, and that I got what I paid for. 195 for smileys with bulbs in all sockets and minimal rust? Quite a deal. I would definitely buy from him again, but I'd just have to ask him a couple of questions before our next transaction.
I received the package, which was a fairly sturdy box with some loose parts in it, on 08/03/11 (I purchased them on 05/17/11 :l). Opened it up, and I was a bit disappointed by the packing as he said he had access to professional materials (I work at FedEx, and pack shit pretty damn well because I've seen the guys throw 200lb boxes on top of tiny 1lb envelopes.).
Pictured is the packing job. That foam kind of blanket is wrapped around one set while the other set was in a bad of bubble wrap. Sufficient for wrapping, but the contents were a little too loose for me to be at ease. But, when I pulled them out of the box, everything looked brand new. Save for the adjusters, but I haven't seen a single pair of rust free E30 headlight buckets.
The only two things of any real concern to me are the following: A pivot-ball kind of mounting point for the low beam was cracked off before being packed (I checked the box), which was not mentioned, so I have to rig something up eventually to make sure the low beam doesn't sag.
Also, he did mention a "chipping" on one of the high beams. I figured it would be a small crack in the lens. In fact, it is a hole with a diameter of a dime. Not too big of a deal, but some clarification of what kind of "chipping" would've been nice, especially if it exposes the light to the elements.
The guy is good though, he mentions that he will replace the whole high beam in favor of an uncracked one. I forgot about that when I received the package, so I kindof went, "WTF, ok..." when I saw the loose high beam in there.
Unfortunately, the one I received is not meant for this set. In fact, it looks like a Euro-ellipsoid high beam. Again, not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to be informed of this.
All in all the transaction was a little unpleasant, but only due to miscommunication. I received what I asked for, as it was pictured, with all mounting points intact and all bulbs working at full force, just with 2 defects that I'd wished I had been given more detail about.
This post is coming from an occasional R3v poster, so don't think I'm writing this review just because someone hassled me into it. This is for Fast325i and the R3vlimited community.
As far as I can tell, the seller is a nice guy, but he really needs to work on getting people their tracking numbers or logging on twice a month at least. In fact, it seems like my set was the only one with any defects that were mentioned, so everyone else who got smilies from him got a better deal than me XD.
The moral of the story is, buy from him but expect to wait 2 months for your sweet ass headlights to arrive. It gave me time to rebuilt my bottom end, so I don't really mind. He did seem genuinely concerned when I said I didn't have the tracking number, though.///Z

Fast 325 aka. Daniel L..AZEVS in!!
Hey Guys..
I've read thru Fast's transaction responses, and I'm feeling that they're 50/50, but I'd like to give Daniel a 100% THUMBS UP.. Heres how my transaction unfolded:
2 months ago, after about 5 months of looking/researching the wheels I wanted, I finally decided on the AZEV type As, which I found on R3V, but in Germany w Fast 325.. I was a little hesitant, but after reading on other transactions, I pulled the trigger to Paypal him $750.. He sent me 2 shipping numbers. The wheels were packed in 2 boxes, 2 wheels in each.. The 1st box arrived in about 3 weeks.. The 2nd box? lost in limbo.. F***.. So, I got on the phone/emailed DHL.de & USPS.. What a pain in the ASS.. Guys, even with tracking numbers, they COULD NOT FIND MY 2ND PKG..
So, I mailed Fast 325.. He had to request an investigation, with DHL.. Which he did. The box was also, and most importantly, INSURED.. (whew)!
So, this last Saturday, 2 full months after my purchase, MY 2ND WHEELS SHOWED UP!! As described, EXACTLY!! one small unfortunate note; he forgot to pack the key, to unlock the caps.. I sent him a msg, and he said he will refund my cash to buy a new one, which I'll get here, in the US, and have it much quicker.. So, all & all, to review my transaction:
1.**This guy is Solid.. He may get back to you, intermitantly, but he is busy, and he's sending out lots of stuff..
2. BE PATIENT.. If you're here in the States, your transaction may take up to 4 to 8 weeks.. Customs f***ing SUX..
3. Dan had to request an investigation with DHL. You as the buyer, CAN NOT.. Only THE SELLER can request an inv, as to where your lost item is.. You can plug in your tracking numbers, but it may not tell you much..
4. After about 6 weeks, Dan & I both thought the wheels were lost. He DID have them insured, but he was preparing to send me 2 replacement wheels, at HIS EXPENSE.. If he was a scammer, would he do this? NO.
this was a big/risky purchase for me... I've bought over 100 things on Ebay, so I shop on the internet often, and have never been burned, luckily. But here, I sent this Cat $750, to Germany.. I rolled the dice, but everything worked out great for me. If you do buy from Dan, aka Fast 325, you can be confident he WILL DELIVER, but be Patient.!!
I will hopefully post pix of my car with the wheel on in a week or so..
the future!!
Thanks,
CAPP aka cptcarisma
