Bought a UUC BBK setup from Rob a few weeks ago. There was an issue with Wilwood sending me the wrong rotors. Rob took care of it FAST and I am all set =)
I got the wrong brake lines once.. but I'm pretty sure it was my fault. I didn't realize it until it was way too late though. Simply ordered new ones. haven't really had any big issues to complain about.. and their BBK is pretty appealing to me!
My brother bought there Big brake kit and it was the best one they had and it took 5 weeks for him to received all the parts calipers one week, rotors another week, brake pads and stainless lines another week and ect. I get pissed when buyers take your bread and don't have the item when you order there shit. But hey can't do nothing anyway cause they took the money already.

We are indeed sorry for that delay, and unfortunately the "next week" information came from upstream... what we were told. Unfortunately, that's an occasional problem when there are subcomponents that we don't make and therefore cannot control.

Rob shipped my purchase same day. Product arrived on time and in good shape. Would not hesitate to do business with again. I have to say when I pick up the phone and call a vendor/supplier/fellow enthusiast and the boss answers the phone you know you can get stuff handled if stuff is not right. I talked to Rob for a couple of minutes and would not hesitate to buy from him again as I think he's a true enthusiast!

I am posting here to express my complete disapointment in UUC. I can't comment on the quality of the product because I still do not have it. I ordered my SSK and DSSR on 9/14 and recieved an email from UUC confirming my order. Being in Canada I know things take a while to get here so I just patiently waited for my goods to arrive. Well after over a month I thought something is up I better look into this. Being my first order from UUC I re-read my confirmation e-mail from UUC, and found they had an order status page, great. I clicked the link and to my surprise found my status to be backordered. I was never made aware prior to my order that the parts I wanted were backordered. In addition UUC never contacted me post purchase to inform me of the back order.
Now here is where I became really dis-satisfied. I phoned UUC on 10/19 to find out what was going on with my order. I was told from a fairly dismissive UUC employee that UPS had my order and that I should have it in two days, that the backordered status on the website was a mistake and that it would be updated shortly. I recieved an e-mail later that day with UPS tracking info. The UPS site says a shipping label was created for my package on 10/19?! And according to their tracking they still don't have my package on 10/25?!
How can this be when the package was already in their hands on 10/19 and I would have it in 2 days?! Oh yes, because UUC's employee flat out LIED to me. He made up some bullshit story about UPS already having my package and there being a mistake on my order status page. Then after I had hung up he went and generated a shipping label for my package so that I would recieve a shipment confirmation e-mail. Too bad for him I actually read it, how did they expect to get away with something like that.
This may be the worst customer service I have recieved to date from a vendor. If my stuff is backordered I at LEAST expect to be informed of it. And if I phone after a month and you still haven't even shipped my package I better recieve an apology and an honest explanation of what is going on with my order. I got none of the above.
Needless to say I am pretty sour on UUC right now, I cannot see myself doing business with them again. In fact I am seriously considering ordering a RE SSK from bimmerworld and just selling the UUC one if I ever get it.

Most times when we have Canadian customers cussing us out for late shipment, a quick phone call reveals that it is sitting at Canadian Customs.
I don't know if yours is or is not - mostly because I don't have an actual inquiry here, just an anonymous message board posting.
Please call our shipping department directly (extension 3 from the main menu) and our courteous and helpful staff will be more than happy to track your order.
UPDATE: As we have not heard from you yet, I've been trying to find your order. Around 9/14, I'm not seeing any E30 SSK/DSSR packages being ordered from Canada. Is it possible that you ordered from one of our dealers?

You'd love my '89 325iX. I did change to black leather M3 seats, but still love the door panels. I'd love to have a set of fabric sport seats if I could find a set in good condition!

It wasn't an e30 ssk/dssr combo. It was for an e36 m3/328i. The order number is 154419.

Ah, that's why I couldn't find it. Not for E30.
I do see a tracking number with an error from UPS. I will review with my Shipping Manager and get this tracked down for you.
Confirmed, you package WAS shipped on the 19th, exactly as you were told. You have the UPS tracking number in your confirmation email.
UPS International (which you can call yourself, 1-800-782-7892) confirms that this is not unusual, that packages going to Canada may not show any movement in their system, even though it is in transit.
Additionally, the delivery due date of 10/26 must be reached before they would be able to investigate further.
If you do not receive the package by tomorrow, please let us know and we will be glad to contact UPS on your behalf. Alternately, UPS allows the recipient to call directly (see number above) if you prefer.
