Damn I must have gained at least 20 pounds munching on popcorn while reading this thread until I got to this last posting. What an anti-climactic journey this has been. Now it's the time to hit the gym and lose those pounds I gained.

Why would a customer use this board as their only means of communication with UUC? If you are using this board for that purpose and aren't contacting UUC via the phone, you are a retard and don't even deserve a reply.

the point is if you have a customer service problem, you should contact the company first, not make a nasty anonymous post on an internet messageboard (and then somehow expect it to get resolved).

Actually, reviewing what I think is your order, your pads shipped from Georgia. Rotors shipped from Cali. ;)

Because all shipping labels are generated here in GA. Arrival date at www.ups.com is not accurate until UPS updates it as it passes through one of their intermediate depots.

FWIW, i had something shipped to me (not from UUC) and the tracking showed shipping label created for a week then showed up on the 7th day; zero actual tracking.

Though I've never dealt with the personnel at UUC I ordered a bunch of stuff off their website during one of their deals. There seemed to be a glitch in the way the shopping cart was calculating the final price (in the customer's favor). They upheld their end of the deal on my order and fixed their site after. I've since ordered other items from their site and everything has arrived within 7 days. I'd definitely purchase from UUC again.

I do a lot of online shopping, and have experienced this countless times. I would assume the issue is with the shipping companies tracking system and not uuc's order fulfillment process.

Looks like your pads are being delivered today.

Not sure what's going on with the tracking on the rotors - we are looking into this for you right now and will update you when we have an answer. May be just a glitch in the UPS tracking system.
