If you are not satisfied with an item that I sold you, I am more than happy to issue you a refund as long as the item returned is INTACT and parts have not been taken from it. I would appreciate if you communicate with me if you want to take some parts off of it rather just taking the parts and returning it to me and assume that is okay.

Take for example, one customer bought a BMW HU from me and when I took it off the car, it was working, (that's why I took it off the car before I sold the car). When received by buyer, he says, it's not working. So I agreed for the return, but the whole wiring harness was gone when it was returned thus rendering the HU useless. There would be no way of knowing now if the unit worked or not.

I give you (customers) the respect by replying immediately to your inquiries and answer all questions that you have and I would appreciate the same. Don't be a jerk, everything can be resolve with good communication.
