They are slow as shit, I have been waiting for my car now for 6 weeks, they have a total of about 4 hours of work done to it, they lost most of the parts that I brought them, they wont guarantee any work that is done if you bring the parts. The thing that gets me the most is the fact that my car is in worse shape now then when I brought it in. Before my car didnt miss, my OBC didnt stay on, my check panel didnt stay on, my cold start valve wasnt broken, the trim around window circuit breaker wasnt broken/cracked, I was having trouble holding back how pissed and angry I was. I still dont have my car back, it will probably be another week, I am going to make them fix everything or at least rembuse me. I honestly dont want to even touch my car. I am thinking about turning them into the BBB or at least let them know what is going on.

I should have called up my local CCA chapter and asked them if they reccomend anyplace to work on bimmers. I still cant believe that they lost some of the parts that I brought them. The only reason I took my car to a shop in the first place was because I was working 10- 15 hours of overtime a week, I didnt know at the time I would get fired a week later my job was given to a non english speaking illegal for less than half of what I was getting paid.
Dealership=Fast, done right, guarantee, a lot better afterwards than before
