I couldn't tell you off hand. IIRC it's the stock one. It bugs me that it doesn't illuminate the same color as the gauges.

You should screen shot that conversation for legitimacy. If that is exactly what it says, seems like it was very clear who was getting what. But what happened when he showed up without the winter wheels/snow tires?

My wife went into false labor and I was a bit frazzled as all I heard was "I'm 2 minutes apart" while I was 45 minutes away from home. Honestly? I was concerned. I had 1 hour before work, a very pregnant wife and a car to car tire swap was taking him just over 55 minutes when I got the first text from my wife. Getting the appropriate paperwork signed from him because he was a bit "enthusiastic" about the whole thing was hard enough. I wrote the bill of sales, received the next text from my wife and told him we can arrange for the next few weeks to pick up the snow tires. At the time it was still 90f in the daytime. He said "yeah yeah, of course man!" and I left.

Like I said, I have a bad habit of trusting people. Honestly, it took me a little by surprise since everything up until I refused to sell him a differential at a $150 + loss (and overall a difference of $50 from what I was asking for it) everything, all communication, had been great. No hard feelings, etc. The tone of that PM is pretty much the entire tone of our dealings.

I'm going to ask Criv. to pull IP's from my mail box so I can 100% authenticate the PM's as copesetic evidence.

Bought MHW tails from Avery - showed up with $50 lower than the agreed price, told Avery he would paypal the rest of the money and game him a extra set of tails to show his good will. Never paypaled the money.

I sold a 1991 318i to Chris (CKtaft) and the transaction couldn't have gone smoother. He did everything he said he would do, I told and showed him all the issues I had a problem with on the car. He understood what he was getting, as did I. No drama involved.

That being said Chris is not the first local member to have issues with Erik and it is not looking good for him... If the written bill of sale was the same as that PM, he will lose in court.
I need more information, but he is most likely going to be banned from r3v as well, seeing as he got away with ripping off another member on here without any sort of reprimand from us (mods/admins) and went ahead and did it again to someone else. That isn't exactly someone we want to have around selling and trading stuff, we dont need another Erik fucked me over thread in 6 months.

That's rich coming from Greg's boy toy. Say, where is the other side of the story? You keep eluding that there's another side to Greg's story but refuse to divulge any of it and you keep bringing it up.

On topic, did Erik tell you noted and informed him of every issue? Like the remote start for instance. I showed him, told him and have witnesses of me doing both. But, you can't solve stupid with information apparently. The next day I get a text about how he "didn't know" and "remote started it into the side of his work" which I later found out to mean he remote started it into his head because he's careless. That same S50 car with the rattling VANOS and no mechanical or electrical fan? That's the same car your boyfriend Greg put together and "had $1,200-$1,400" into the motor fixing all the "issues" with it.

Maybe you should stop making points now and get off my case.

So you agree to buy a vehicle from a dealer. They say it has no wheels. You still say, "no, no, you don't have to sell it to me. I'm already sold!" (actual quote). Then you sign a legally binding contract with the dealer. Two months later, you realize you didn't get what you wanted! Now you're mad and refuse to pay the dealer! You're so hurt!

Lol. Dude, you fail to realize that this isn't my life. It doesn't affect me, and it doesn't matter. I'm sure there are mistakes made by both parties, but the way you handle your problems appears to be very ineffective, couple that with the fact that you're always surrounded by drama and I want people to have a heads up of that.

That said, that single PM looks as if things still need to be worked out between the two of you - I don't know all the details and I don't want to solve this issue, that's not my job. What I do want to do is point out the consistent drama that seem to surround you.

Completely correct but, I was on my phone in the lunch room at work after being screwed on my way to work by Erik and having what I thought was a friend be sort of a jack ass to me about it. Reasons, not so much excuses.

These are the facts. The original statement in the thread holds true. I've filed papers as Erik still wont even just man up and contact me about it.
