I don't know how many times you've sold soemthing but the goal in the end is always to satisfy the customer. Bickering at him telling him he should have learned his lesson by buying used parts is simply not the answer.

i gave him the chance to send the stuff back and doesnt want to take it. i origannly was selling this stuff for $75 + shipping with was a total of $110. i gave him a deal $50 + $35 shipping= $85 total shipped across the nation. If he doesnt want it he just need to send this stuff back to me..

I have bought a ton of used parts here and from ebay. When thay are described correctly I have the option to buy with informed intelligence, when however they are misrepresented as (I believe) they were in this case I get upset.

I think he has been very reasonable, first waiting a long time for you to ship, then giving you the option of only refunding 25.00. Hell I have a set of 47k used control arms & tie rods that were not worn out but I preferred to freshen my entire suspension at one time when I put in my Bilsteins & M3 springs so I replaced them, I have offered them FREE, only for the cost of shipping twice plus (cabs & lolipops)

Think about it you get one chance for a first impression. is it worth 25.00 to look like a crook? You have the chance to look like a great guy, why not take it?

I find it hard to believe you were driving around with no problems with a ball joint in as bad of condition as this one. You admitted that it needed to be replaced.

BTW.. Like I said before if I send the stuff back I only get $15 refind not even counting the trouble I have to go through to pack this shit back up and take it to the post office.

I got Lemfoerder's from BMA I think for under 220.00 for all four pieces (plus Treehouse cabs) Of course one side was ruined in the accident and the new ones are oem which I paid over 300.00 just for the one side :(

The pics prove you sent me a box of shit in_si1ence. And they go with EXACLTY what you said in the PM you sent me. The bad one has a ball joint that definately needs to be replaced. That is what you said right?

If the parts in the pics are indeed the ones you sold him, there's no WAY they have 10k miles on them.

Issue him a refund, or sell your crap somewhere else. We don't need shady sellers here.
