Communication is the only way to excuse the above, though. I have a handful of people that have bought parts from me and waited far too long for them - but I've always managed to stay in contact with them.

Sometimes things happen - and even 45 days can go by fast without sending out a part someone paid for....good luck with the resolution fellas.

Like Josh said - try your best to contact the seller in as many ways possible before making accusations - who knows, maybe there's been a tragedy or something and your parts have become a smaller priority - when we got flooding up here I know that's all I could focus on!

The difference with BMW2NER is that his buyer freaked out after only a week, where as he waited 2 months and several unreplied pms. HUGE difference in my book. Communication solves all woes, but I have a feeling adeelwhatever would still freak out if they werent nexxt day air'd. Seems like Josh is trying to right his wrongs though, so move on.

No, i freaked out when he didnt return my PMs and R3V showed that he was on and checking the board for days without returning my PM. I asked for a tracking number since he said he had shipped it and only responded back with "Yes." He only responded back to me AFTER I made the thread. He shipped the item AFTER I made the thread...

I thought I would need to stick up for myself after you posted like you did eurospeed, but most people agree with me.
I cant believe that you brought something up that really has nothing to do with this. Like some one said, the time in these 2 transactions is way different.
Like I got some brake lines from Bimmerfanatik and they took a while to get here, but he stayed in contact with me as to what was going on. He told me about the flooding and whatever and I was fine with that, and I did get my parts.
As for you you told me in 2 different PMs that it will be shipped out soon. I cant believe that you are taking offense to the fact that I wrote this up, being it has been so long and I have taken all of the correct steps to correct this. And to bring up a bad transaction thread about me was uncalled for. I was just handeling this as professional as I could.

Hell yeah I would. If someone PMed you saying they shipped it and didnt infact ship it until a week later that is called a LIE. I even told him I didnt want the part if he didnt send it on time but still sent it days after that.

And as far as you "taking all the correct steps to correct this", you sent me 2 PM's here, didn't try maybe sending one on E30Tech, never tried to contact me on AIM, and never tried to email me, which would have been probbly the most surefire way to get in contact with me. I apologize for not keeping in touch with you, that's my fault. As for you trying every means of contacting me, you're full of shit.

I'm waiting for a Paypal payment to clear. When it does, I'll refund you your money.
