Bought and paid for a set of ST swaybars on Nov 29th 2005.

We discussed time needed to remove them from the car, and to ship. We both agreed Dec 16th would be reasonable for me to have them by.

I heard from him a couple days after I paid assuring me he was getting to getting them off soon. Its now been nearly a month with no communication of value, and certainly no parts delivered.

I PM'ed and e-mailed him 2 days ago, and have not recieved a reply.

At this point I'm waiting on delivery and for returned communication, and I'm less then pleased. It's OK if he needs time to get the shit off, but its been nearly a month. Keep me updated.. damn.

hey im really sorry. my computers been dead so i havent been able to respond. im working full time right now. everyone who said they would help me take the stuff off has bombed on me. and get this... paypal sent the money to the wrong bank account so i lost $800 off my suspension i sold. as far as money is concerned... i'm giving you the parts for free because the money was lost. at this point... im waiting for my next paycheck and i'm just going to pay someone to take it off. then i'll ship to you overnight. i'm really sorry about the delays. rest assured... im not happy about this situation either. and you're not the only one thats being forced to wait longer. im really really sorry. not a day goes by that i'm not trying to figure out a way to get these parts to you. call me if you have any concerns or questions. 805-796-6877

Yeah, I don't buy that story for a second... you have to verify your checking account before Paypal will let you deposit/withdraw money from it. SO its got to be an account that you have access to.

On the off chance you are telling the truth then Parker is right, call Paypal immediately and get it sorted out.

I set up my paypal account 2 years ago. the account it was signed up with i dont have anymore. so i went to my bank to get my new tracking and account number so that i could transfer my paypal to my new account. i went home, changed my paypal (but of course it was unconfirmed), and sent the money to the account a few days later when it had cleared in paypal. I wasnt worried about the fact that the account wasnt confirmed because i got the "new account numbers" from my bank. they wouldnt be wrong... right? but they were and the money was sent to the right branch... but the wrong account. unfortunately, i was trying to do the smart thing and shred my sensitive records and so i didnt have the incorrect account number on record either. and in paypal... they only tell you the last 4 digits of the account. even when i called paypal and tried to talk to my bank... i'm just getting run around in circles. Paypal cant tell me anything, and my bank doesnt know where the money is. so i'm DESPERATELY trying to figure it out... but its taking forever. and clearly.... its pissing us both off. i'll try calling that number tho. thanks 4 that.

OH! and i spoke to my mechanic today. i think i'm just going to have the car towed over there and pay him to take the parts off. he quoted me a hundered bux. i have no money right now obviously, but as soon as either the paypal thing comes through, or i get paid (2 weeks) i'll get everything taken care of and ship your parts next day overnight. I promise you, i'm trying to figure this out. i'm tired of dealing with all the stress of it too. whats your number. i'll keep you posted over the phone. i dont have an easily accesable computer. so yea. pm with your #. or call me. 805-796-6877

Here is the only thing that matters to me right now:

I need the swaybars, all associated hardware (including broken endlinks, bushings, etc) in my hands on or before end of business on Friday December 30th 2005.

UPS makes their last normal dropoff at 2pm at the shop. FedEX will come as late as 5:30pm. Neither deliver on Saturday as the shop is closed.

If these conditions simply cannot be met then refund my money and I will pay several dollars more for brand new ones which I CAN have by the 30th.

Again I think your story is a made up crock of shit. I'm insulted you couldn't just come right out and say you were too busy, or were just plain lazy. Either way the end result is still the same for me. One alternative is just less likely to have me make your life here miserable.

Yea, I'm still waiting for the shocks and shift boot. Though I won't be a cynical as Jordan and say that you're totally full of sh**, I'd still like to have this stuff ASAP. My parents who bought this stuff for me as a christmas gift are getting really irritated. Just make it happen and make everybody happy.

i get paid on thursday of next week. friday of next week i'm taking the totalled e30 in to my mechanic to pay him to take everything off. if you're cutoff is the 30th, then i'm sorry to say i will have to refund your money. and i'm sorry its been such a pain in the ass. when i get paid on thursday i'll send you via paypal as soon as my check clears. you WILL have evidence of money being sent back to you by next weekend. again... i'm sorry.


and to the other jordan (shocks and shift boot), i'll WILL ship out the parts next weekend for sure. and i'll be sure to pay a little more and ship them to you asap.

Man its been a damn month. You promised me I would have it on or before the 16th for christ sakes.

Just send the swaybars, late or not. Its a MAJOR problem for me as its alot of waste time and labor to not do it while I'm there this weekend installing the coilovers/konis/camberplates.

I'll be there at 9am tomorrow morning to help him remove the parts, he said that must be at work by 2pm, so i think it will be enough time.

as per shipping, he'll try to send it out before he goes to work, but if not possible then let me know if you're confy with me shipping the parts. I have Stefan (parkerbink) wheel set that picked up from Mike.
