Stay away from this vendor.. I found them referenced by others on this site - however they are AWFUL..

Placed an order early in June and as of today (July 5) I only received 4 out of 8 parts..

Took full payment - only sent partial shipment - listed 3 out of 4 as a backorder and no mention of the 4th part - which is what I need (centering flange for my ix)..

I understand backorders - but when there shipping invoice doesn't match mine and they won't respond - that is frsutrating - I have a $55 part sitting out there somewhere (that I paid for) and they wont communicate with me..

Emailed twice - with no answer.. Left message - on hold for 21 minutes then I chose to hang up..

Think I am the only one?

Sounds about right...I will just say that many of these places will sell and take your money for things that they might not be able to get anymore. If you order through the website, you won't know until they try to order it from Germany. So I will just say if you are in a rush, it's not the way to go.

i've used them countless times, and also have mixed reviews. I ordered a set of euroweaves and waited 6months, and got nothing. It was apparently either backordered or NLA, and was coming from Europe. I gave up, but they were quick to refund me. I was furious, but it seems like there is 1 or 2 guys running the whole show over there, so my guess is it might be too much for them to handle?

I recently gave them another chance, and so far so good. Their prices are the cheapest out there, so it's hard not to use them. For parts that I need asap, i order elsewhere.
