It was well packaged, shipped quickly and i received great communication.


On this transaction we ran into a couple small snags. How a person responds when things don't go exactly as planned says a lot about them and Miguel dealt with the issues quickly, professionally and with goal of my satisfaction as a customer.

Bought a set of Borbet wheels from Miguel. He shipped immediately and they arrived quick.

Unfortunately, FedEx lost one of the wheels and damaged the rest. After fighting with FedEx for months over compensation, they ultimately refused to pay the entire amount. Miguel still worked with me to give me a refund promptly after returning the wheels back to him.

Bottom Line: Awesome seller. He handled the situation extremely professionally and I recommend business with him. If it wasn't for FedEx, it would have been one of the easiest online transactions I've had. Look forward to business again.
