Seemed like a stand up guy to me..

But who am I to say; I knew the guy all of 12 minutes

So, quit smoking the glass dick, and please contact me and make this right: just refund my PayPal.

Thank you to all the "informed" BMW parts buyer's--especially from within the humble e30 community--who keep propping-up Bo so he can continue with the above habits and business practices. You help Bo think he can continue to do this to other buyer's in perpetuity.

To help support Bo's "habits", buyer's who gave him substantial money got it stolen, while smaller ticket buyer's did not. Also, where applicable, these buyer's HAD TO GET A REFUND DIRECTLY FROM PAYPAL, and not from Bo himself. WTF? Bo as "ethirtypartsguy" is NARU (aka "indefinite seller restriction") as a seller on E-Bay because his PayPal account had been so debited. If you had money stolen by Bo, don't feel so bad as PayPal got ripped-off of hundreds, if not thousands of dollars!

So please re-read this thread carefully and see the large-ticket buyer carnage before you buy from Bo...

At one time I considered Bo "family", until:

I had a wanted advert for a Cardinal M3 driver seat. He said he had one with no rips and sent me a photo of one.

What I recieved in the mail was a vert seat with the right tilt control cut off, and the bottom leg bolsters were Taurusrot with Sport seat piping on the seat.

            Tried to contact him, nothing.

            Fuck.

Probably too expensive to ship back for refund (Ottawa to Oakland, CA), and after such expensive shipping the net refund would be minimal. Heck, you might even be net negative when you subtract the seat cost from the return shipping. What a steal--literally!

Mismatched/wrong seats in your e30 or a very expensive paperweight? At least you didn't get a box of rocks, you just got one full of useless shit.

When you paid your hard-earned money, you rightfully had visions of grandeur for your e30 and the parts being "hot shit on a gold platter," but instead you got "cold diarrhea on a paper plate."

Sorry you weren't "informed" via Post #78 above. Your money went up in smoke like mine. Sucks...

Just wanted to post a quick review on Bo. He was the only replier to my fog light request thread, and said he had the fog light surround and fog light I requested. He even threw in a free fog light surround and some cluster bulbs.

Bo was quick to reply to me before and after I sent the payment. I discovered this thread before sending payment so I was definitely skeptical so I sent payment via Paypal so I could charge back if need be.

Anyway, Bo shipped the fog light and sent me a tracking code the next day.

It arrived today so I thought I'd post a review since I know Bo is eager to resolve his reputation issues.

                Packed very well:

And the fog light as described beside my other one

                Thanks Bo!

                    Errrmm..

                    No, you moron.

I'm simply stating my experience with the seller; and perhaps there's more to the people that have been scammed than people are being led to believe. Honestly, I'm not going to sit here and rave on about Bo, he provided the item I paid for, I'm happy and returned the gesture.

If he didn't I would have slammed him on this post just the same; so honestly I couldn't care less as to whether you believe me or not; but he sent my item and I'm happy. I spent plenty of time online buying and selling and have been ripped off countless times, probably an accumulative of $5k; so I know what it's like to be scammed and am very wary.

Bo delivered, I made a point of it.

                    That is all.

Oh, and I googled 'perpetuity' to help you out with that:
"the state or quality of lasting forever."

And again, thank-you for referring to me as a 'tool'; my humble apologies for feeling relieved that my fog light arrived and that I wasn't scammed - how ridiculous of me.

No, I'm gald everything worked out for you, as it has not for other's as this thread demonstrates. I'm just stating when people like you prop Bo up, you act as a co-conspirator perpetuating his fraud, or yes a "tool". You're welcome!

And you didn't have you to enclose your big stupid-ass pictures as people will believe you on your own word.

Us dumb-ass American's use what's called "figurative of speech," so when a Yankee says "Oh, this part is so well-made it will last forever," I hope you realize they don't actually mean it in a crabbed narrow-terms "forever", as rational/reasonable adults we all SHOULD KNOW that in-fact nothing lasts forever.

Of course you'll pull out your dictionary and tell me I'm wrong. So sorry I used a "figurative of speech", and was so stupid to think Bo was going to live "forever." Like you said, I'm the "moron".

Well I've never heard the expression, "Oh, this part is so well-made it will last forever"; and certainly not from a 'Yankee'.

Oh, and I believe the term is 'figure of speech'.

Regardless, I fail to understand what your point is.

I wanted to clear up that I don't condone Bo's actions if he has indeed scammed people; I was just writing about my experience.

The point is, it seems Bo was acting under the guise of selling and coming through on small ticket items to build trust, only to take payment for big ticket items and disappear.

Your posting of a small ticket item was only perpetuating the ruse and supporting Bo's scam train, whether you knew or are admitting you were.

                            So yes

Your posting of a good transaction and wording it in a way that props up the seller on a page that the seller is a KNOWN scammer is like saying your sticking up for a convicted child molester just because he bought you a beer.

Wow, comparing a petty-scammer (if he is that) to a me supporting a child molester? Are you kidding yourself.

Apologies if I've led to the idea that I am supporting Bo as a scammer or propping him up to help scam others - I never intended that. I appreciate the harassment, however, well deserved.
