I paid for laser etched handles on june 16th, a month went by and nothing, messaged seller, he said he would ship handles.

few weeks ago started paypal claim, he messaged on the claim immediately he would refund me. No refund, paypal ruled in my favor and i got my $ back a few weeks later.
