Seller had a Buy it Now TCD Turbo Kit on Ebay, I bought the buy it now price and sent payment through PayPal within minutes. I was contacting him to coordinate pickup when he told me more people were stopping by to see it that evening. This was around 5 hours after payment was sent. No further contact from seller for 24 hrs until he finally responded it was sold, to one of the people who looked at it after I had already won the auction and paid for the item. No refund of payment was sent and I have just started to process it through EBay's resolution center to have my money returned, which still has not happened yet.

This could have been resolved with better wording in your ebay ad. As a whole this honestly what happen's when members get @#$%ed with here. I am glad to see shit resolved
