FCP on ebay

I received my order from FCP the other day (control arms, M3 CABs, Strut bering mounts, and my vogtland springs.
When I opened up the box there were two different manufactures of control arms. One was the hamburg technic, and the other was a mystery arm????
The Hamburg Technic is a beautifully manufactured part, but the mystery arm looked like something I would not install on a Yugo.
So called them up today (very cool people), and they are shipping another hamburg technic out to me, with a prepaid return shipping label.
I just think that is really good customer service.
The other parts are really nice; Lemforder M3 CABs, and hamburg technic strut berings.

I ordered from their website two outer tie rods, two rear shock mounts. I must say that FCP's prices are second to none. When the parts came I noticed that they had not packed in the second tie rod. I called them up immidiately, when they answered the phone they were not at all nice, when I told him of the situation he said " Yeah? well what do you want me to do about it"? When I explained I that I wanted what I payed for he said "hmmm I guess we can do that" and told me it would probably get to me in 4-5 days. When I asked if since my car is literally waiting for that part in order to be drivable and If there was any way they could get it to me sooner he said "nope". They inconvienenced me with their mistake, did the bare minimum to fix it, and acted like I was the ass.

I will never purchase anything from them again. Its worth it to pay a little more and get real service and somebody who will ship me what I payed for

FCP on e-bay does it again

I was kind of warned to beware but gave them a shot. I sent an e-bay asking who the manufacturer of an item they had listed and received a rsponse which included the name which was a top-of-the-line so I ordered. Today I received a no-name item. When I called them, they said "well I wasn't working that day and yada, yada, yada---but I could get the better one for more money and they would send me a return mailer". Hell why would I go through the trouble of reordering as I would probably get the crap again!! So, you decide if you want to buy from FCP---I've made my next buying decision and I have 4 cars needing parts and know 10 others who will be buying parts on-line---how many do you know?
