I filed a paypal claim and he drained his account right away...Nice. I'm really beginning to think I have just flat out been ripped off. The run around when I needed the part, and now this. WTF????? Didn't I see him post somewhere before about having a dislike for deadbeat sellers and being an avid fan of r3v collections? At any rate...yeah it's 30 bucks....but that 30 bucks could buy me other things I need.......I'm just baffled that he hasn't tried to settle this up in any way. It's really beginning to piss me off that I have heard nothing from him since being told he would send me a refund.

I will chime in, I dealt with Matt for a E34 oil pan a couple months ago. He sent me a pan after a month of waiting, came broken, said he would take it back since UPS was insuring it. He did (still had my money) Said he found another pan and was sending it out. another month passed and I filed a paypal dispute and posted my feelings on here. He ended up comong through and was a man about it saying he fucked up. He didnt send me a oil pickup (part of the deal) so I bought a new one and split the cost with him, he paid via paypal soon after I told him I bought the part. All in all I was satifies but it was a ordeal and left a bad taste in my mouth dealing with him. He made it right but damn was it a long fight.Comment

I think this pisses me off even more. The fact that I think theres finally and end to this bullshit...and yet I'm still waiting...tonight was 5 fucking days ago. I'm half temped to search myspace for some punkass kids that live close to you and paypal them funds to fuck with you till I get my money back.
Sure it's 30 bucks....but you know what....It's MY 30 bucks that was supposed to get me a part that you NEVER sent. I see your friends chiming in, hes busy, got a kid on the way...started a new job.....but what about those of us that have two kids to feed, a wife thats all but laid off?????? Yeah...suddenly that 30 bucks is a fucking big deal when it's a weeks worth of food n diapers for my 9 month old.

Yeah it really sux since were all here with a common interest. We buy, trade, and sell parts to each other to keep the enthusiasm alive.
