I was mistakenly shipped two passenger side skirts. Steve called me a couple of hours after I emailed him to discuss getting it sorted. I have over twenty years in customer service, so as a result I'm not surprised by much. As I told him on the phone, his reputation here precedes him so I wasn't worried about him making it right, though getting called on a Sunday was definitely a surprise.
