    And the smallest booster award goes to

    the datsun pl620 pickup with front DRUM brakes.

    I found this in the junkyard today, and just couldn't leave it there.
    I can't imagine it actually adds much braking force
    (area being a square of diameter) but for those of you who don't want
    a 'booster delete' and have ginormous right thighs, here you go.

    This particular one is suspect, since the primary
    cylinder was leaking, but at least now we know what to look for.
    And yes, the DGES came off the same truck.

    it doesn't get much smaller than this, methinks.
    All the intake clearance you're gonna get without remoting the booster!

    Is that like a 6" diameter? There are always those 7" "universal" units around if one can't source anything with at Datsun badge in their local P&P.

      I'll measure it tomorrow- yeah, it might be 6" at most. I was shocked to find this little dingus- I was just trolling for cheap Webers...

      edit- the can is less than 6"- more like 5 1/2". The locking ring is just a bit over 6", max o/d.
