I’ve traced the entire circuit and everything works perfectly. The only issue is that the Dme will not ground the O2 heater relay. What are the conditions for the relay to be grounded? I’m leaning towards a bad Dme.

ummm- cold o2 sensor? As in, it should ground it until it gets a valid signal (not 0v) from it...

now, sometimes I just mess with people. It's more entertaining that way. george graves -
After testing it I found that the dme grounds the o2 heater relay when coolant temps get to 158f. After that the o2 sensor starts working fairly quick and the heater relay stayed grounded for the 30 min I watched it.
