okay yeah im going try a new o2 sensor, new plugs, and going to test the coil packs and MAF if that doesn't help then i might have a problem.

      update

I put a o2 sensor in and it sounds better, It still is acting really strange though. It will sound like it is idling fine, then it will bog down then idle again. Also in the holding midrange it is still missing and making the popping noise. Now i unpluged the MAF and it sounded a little different but when i plugged it back in then it sounded worse then came back to sounding like it did.

Anychance that it could be injectors or should i change out the plugs/coils first?

Yeah I would check plugs and coils, hopefully it is just the plugs, otherwise $$ for coils. Check to see if the MAF sensor itself is dirty. You can buy special cleaners for it.

How much better with the maf unplugged? If it is just the MAF being bad or dirty, unplugging it should make it run pretty smooth.

If the injectors are dirty..dump a bottle of seafoam in your tank! yeeaaaahhhh

Did you get the slave cylinder yet?

Im going to try out the MAF cleaner today when i get the chance, i also had the air filter connected right to the MAF and i was told that would make a difference so ill try those two things and keep you posted.

yeah i mean i know all of that the motor hadn't been ran in a while so i think it needs to work everything out. Im going to try seafoam to help work it out.

It still sounds like a vacuum leak.

How do you test the MAF? My Euro MAF doesn't look like the pictures in the Bentley manual. I want to make sure my MAF is ok before I pay for custom tuning...

My car runs like shit and is very very sluggish. Granted it's got a lot of internal work done and no O2 sensor hooked up, but it's at least got a Turner chip that matches the cams and MAF.

I just used my buddies MAF, then i cleaned out mine with MAF cleaner and it ended up working out.
