    Power steering delete

I can't find a good pic of the front of the engine since here at work most photo sites are blocked.

Is the power steering pump on the same belt as the water pump/alt, or does it have its own like the AC?

That's what I was afraid of. I suppose the easiest solution would be to make a bracket that uses the PS pulley, with no pump/lines/reservoir.

whoa, what? You just get a custom length belt and just run it around the alternator and waterpump.

I was thinking the alt position would make the belt interfere, but it looks it doesn't which is awesome.

I ran it like that for like 3 months, worked great, no issues. I am considering removing the PS pump again.

One of the unexpected benefits was that my wife couldn't drive the car

The Mini Cooper S (early model) serp. belt works perfectly on the system without PS. Edit-- I also dont have the extra pulley on the alternator, my engine didnt ever have that.
