    head bolt socket

my torx socket wont fit in past the cams to get to the headbolts. theres not much excess material that could be taken off the outside of the socket. i dont see how the special tool could even be much thinner, but if thats what i have to get ill drop the 66 bucks pelican wants for it. just wanna know what you guys use. maybe i can make it work with more finessing

Well, first off it gives you some comparative data so you could recognize that $66 for the correct tool (shitty that it is only needed to get that shit out, I understand)

Buuut...what I mean is that if you neeed a fucking tool, step right the fuck up and BUY the goddamn thing.

lennon, just FYI, no one is obligated to help anyone here, if you continue to be rude to people who offer suggestions, no one is going to try to help you in the future.

nothing posted here seems at all irrelavant or sarcastic....

The real wheel bearing tool set that is worth it comes the halfshaft tool. From what I have seen none of the other sets come with that. That set is 900.

Sure thing...in fact while you are being a retard, how about you buy my car a new paint job, and I will buy your bearing press/halfshaft tool?

I recall that my quality socket didn't fit because it was too... quality. A cheap-ass Schucks socket with thinner walls fit just fine.
