m52b28 headgasket

im just about to put the m54b30 crank,rods and pistons into my m52b28.

and ive just looked on the realOEM web site and shows that the m54 had
0.7 ml headgasket end the m52 has a 1.75 0r a 2.05 ml.

So the question is which one do i us
