    Identify this wire

I'm in the process of wiring up my s52 to a 525i harness. The harness has a set of wires (one plug) with the following colors: blue/white, blue/yellow, and brown/orange. Where does this plug go?

    Thanks

I'm unsure of the year of the harness, but its on the e34 525i vanos engine harness. Sorry I can't get pictures right now. Is there an automatic transmission hook up (how is the auto harness different from the manual equivalent)?
I've got all the other leads figured out (maf, throttle position, cam position, vanos, knock sensors, crank position, coolant temp, intake temp, o2 sensors).

Is it I the same bundle as anything else like the oxy or maf?

Its not the throttle position sensor or the maf. It has the same sort of plug as the knock sensors, except it has three leads instead of two.

Oil level sender possibly? You can look up the wire codes in the ETM if you know what year/model your harness is from.

The only way to ever know FER SURE is to do a continuity test and see which pins on the ECU plug it connects with.

I do this with any plug I didn't disconnect and label myself!
