Late at night after, after you should have gone to bed, and you've run out of beer and cigarettes whose there for you, sure as hell 'aith the easter bunny or santa clause, it's the one and only "Motor Swap Fairy" she comes late at night bringing all kinds of things to hard working shadetree mechanics everywhere. I had often heard of her but never seen her with my own eyes, until Saterday night at Rob's swap. She came out of the darkness bringing Taco Bell, Beer, and Cigarettes. Several of the guys froze in their tracks at the sight of such an astonishing act, but i being quick minded and even quicker acting diverted my eyes and lept for my camera to catch these never before seen images of the Motor Swap Fairy in action!

Here we see a dull and lifeless phil being swept into her control. Watch closely as she hands him the cigarettes than "bam" he is under her splendor and completely useless until he has eaten his Taco Bell and had a Cigarette.

        The trap laid. . .

Luckily she came and went and nary a soul was harmed, only a half hour of the night gone forever as they sat there contently eating smoking and drinking. I know not from whence she came only that she quickly returned and was gone.

Will we see her again, only time will tell, but be ready and know that if your blessed enough to have your own motor swap fairy appear during your long nights in the garage you have only two options. 1) submit and be fed, and boozed or 2) run as if your life depended on it b/c there is no telling what she'll expect from you after this gesture of kindness!

Damn, I'm jealous. My motor swap fairy is a fat redneck named Ronnie. He never brings anything.

Haha, awesome. I'm hoping to do something similar in a month or so, except I have no garage, cherry picker or engine stand (or friends who would come work on my car at the drop of a hat). :p

Well, we'll see. :p I'm thinking of getting a $400-500 shitbox just so I can have something to drive around while the swap is taking place.
