    Another EWS delete question

Silver label 413 w/ EWS E36 harness, car cranks but obviously no fuel or spark as expected.

My question = If I cut the #66 green wire from the ecu will this disable the EWS or is there something else I need to wire or ground? Or NO there is no way around it and I need a chip?

          No
I am almost positive that you need the chip to delete it.

Just want to get it started and make sure there no leaks are other problems before the body gets resprayed. I am getting a custom tune, but for now I just want to start it to be 100%.

I got the turbo M30 for vettes, in fact fuck vettes, i'm beating bikes now along with supercharged nitroused V8's.

Is this the EWS relay thing? It's attached to the E36 wiring harness.

No., the EWS is much larger and on the chassis harness. It sounds like you need a chip.

You need a chip(a stock 506 chip will work) and you need to snip the wire.

You don't need to snip the wire.
