Thanks for all the great feed back. I do have a m20b25 sitting in my garage that was reported to have ~90K. However, sinking money into an engine platform that pushes me no closer to a 24v setup seems like a greater waste.
In my situation; the NV M50 is free, runs without any major issue and has 100K less miles on it then my m20b27. Parts I am collecting; mounts, transmission brace, radiator, booster etc, can be used later on when/if I want to trade up to an m52. I just want to make sure I have a practical list for "refresh" items to get another 50-75k out of this motor.
As far as cooling system upgrade, are upgraded parts available under current part number? Any other opinions on this topic?
