how do you know? and i am going to purchase that piece tonight that is something i was thinking about trying to do thanks!
and unfortunately i didnt get it in over thanksgiving when i pulled out the s50 i found out the m50 oil pan was cracked.
would you suggest while im in there with the new oil pan to secure the oil pump nut?
Thought it was tight, it wasn't, coolant system got pressurized, big time leak. Pulled it out, cleaned/dryed it off, hit the sensor threads with some teflon tape and really screwed that bitch down tight.

ok this may be a stupid question but i bought that part from Zionsville and im looking at it and not 100% sure on how to hook it up... any help?

What I did was delete the throttle body warming circuit. Used on hose to connect the head to the manifold, then a hose to connect the manifold back to the "spider hose"
Take a small wire and eyelet and screw it into the manifold (there should be a screw in the hole), then ground that to the engine (I grounded it to the engine lift hook) then connect the sensor to your wiring harness.
Super easy.
