I have done SS reps and they were ok, should have had them Jet Coated to cut down on the rasp but have since sold the car so no biggie.
Which ebay headers work the best w/ s52 swap?

Mine hit my CAB's and the subframe. I had to put a spacer on the passenger side motor mount and some Treehouse Racings CABS to get rid of the vibration. When I first installed them they also hit the motor mount arm so I had to notch it a bit to fit.
It's really a crapshoot whether or not you will get a good set. The companies that make these have a large variance from one identical product to the next. Their Jigs suck!Comment

What can you really expect from a part that's 75-120 bucks depending on where you buy from. Real ones you know will be thicker and more accurate so if you don't mind spending the few extra dollars it is worth it.Comment

The ones I had ordered were hitting the motor mount arm so I didn't even screw with trying to get them on.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

I love my Thermal Research and Development muffler. I bought the biggest one I could find with a single 2.5" in and out.
TMS headers, 2.5" straight back into that muffler is nice. No resonator or cats. It's quiet at idle and cruising throttle loads, but opens up when you put your foot in it.
Cats/resonators would quiet it down a touch and kill some rasp.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com
