Injector codes mean there is something wrong with the electrical circuit with the injector. The most likely thing is that the connector is not on properly.

Well it's come on twice now, and I took it apart and took out all the injectors and clipped them all back in. I did double check the connection on injector 1 as well. While this might be a possibility, I don't think that it is. (I will re-check this weekend when I'm home)
If this isn't it, what else should I look for? I have no idea what other electrical things might cause this problem.
Could be the ECU. They are really tough though. Check the wiring between the injector and the ECU.
Will do. I'm assuming I just trace the wiring from the injector back to the main harness into the ECU. I guess this really shouldn't be too hard to do.
I'm also going to pull the battery, redrive the car, and retest the codes to check for consistency. They just seem weird to me how they randomly went away.
Thanks for the tips. Any other input on Canbus or something else anyone?
More codes may come up after you drive the car more though. When you have a really serious code like an injector, the ECU will not even bother to test other systems since that will cause all sorts of other problems.
in reading this thread(what you posted above), i don't know how you pulled your codes. if you have a peake analyzer or equivalent, i assume you would have done a fault code reset. if you did the stomp test, i don't think disconnecting the battery will necessarily reset the codes stored in your ecu. in most(if not all) cases, you need to reset the codes to make them go away. the first time i pulled my codes with a peake, i had injector #1 failure. i reset them with the analyzer, the code went away never to come back.
