I'd say just flush it and see what happens. A friend of mine picked up an iX and drove it to Indy from florida and when he got here the coolant looked just like that. I think we ended up flushing it completely twice, but that color hasn't come back yet. It's been going about a year and a half since then.

There must be antifreeze, because I live in a cold country. However, As written, I bought the car 6 month ago, so I don'y knowe waht the last owner had put. It was blue, first time a see car antifreeze of that color!

The blue stuff was more than likely a dye to check for leaks.
