Which motor mounts do I need?

I am planning on doing the e30 m50 swap and was wondering which motor mounts i would need and which oil pan would i need?

I used the specific AKG swap mounts.

i understand to use e28 535i or e28 M5 mounts. are the OEM bmw units green?

how are they compared to teh AKG ones that are 52 dollars? is it worth getting the AKG square ones that are 200 dollars?

AKG motor mounts if you want 100% reliability under any circumstance, track, drag, etc.
