    If it is indeed a smaller 320i booster used for most 24v swaps then it's going to be a bit harder to push than your old e30 booster. You can still feel vacuum assist though, and my pedal becomes WAY easier to push as the engine comes on. If you don't feel the assist kick in when the car starts then booster makes sense.

      sounds like you goofed the install of the master cylinder or the booster. Make sure the pushrod inside the booster is aligned with the hole on the back of the master cylinder shaft.

      Also check the adjustment of the brake linkage.

        yes its a normal side effect of the swap, pretty much everyone experiances it.. i for sure did...

          SUCCESSSSSSSSSS! it was a combination of vacuum leak and fork adjustment! just like previous thread stated, my booster is fine. now i just gotta get my exhaust made and i'm on the road!!!
