    Doh. Should have checked which diff was in the car...



    The 3.73 I thought I had would have been silly enough. That looks like a 4.10, though.

    The good news is that I should have the CEL fixed by the next time I drive it. The only thing left that's turning it on is the evap solenoid, and Yoshi dropped one off this afternoon. :)

              Also, having my all caps stuff corrected is getting really annoying.

              Much as I hate the stupid douchebags who like to type in all caps, having the board software correct "ABS" to "Abs" and "ZF" to "zf" is really irritating.

                Interesting. I think I'm at 3k at 70 with a 3.25. I think you only have a 3.73.

                Are you going to be autoxing the car? would like to check it out. I'm 30sm.

                  According to my math, 4K in 5th should 76.5MPH, while with a 4.10 it's 69.6.

                  Keep in mind that the car DID start life as an automagic.

                  I walked by your car last Sunday, but never had a chance to stop and say hi. I doubt I'll run the car this year, as I've got the M3 nicely setup for STU, but I may come play in SM next year.

                        Apparently, knock sensors can cause that. :sigh: It's fixed now.

                          Hmm I guess I didn't realize the rpms would change that little. (although now that I think of it, it is almost a 1000rpm diff). Ok cool, I'll try to stop by and say hi next event.

                              That has to be some extreme 1st-4th acceleration I imagine driving in the rain is out of the question
