    electrical on 325es

    I am currently working on my jumper harness from engine to chassis for a 325es 1986.is there anything different from a 325e car?would anyone have a pinout chart for the 325es to 1993 325i

    I followed the chart in the link on the first page of the sticky.

    You will need to get a tach signal from in the glovebox (won't read correctly on an "e" tach), it's a 3 wire connector (black is to the tach), and attach it to pin #9 on the "e" connector.

    Take the coolant temp sensor from the m20 and mount it under the manifold in place of the rear coolant sensor on the m50 and wire that to pin #4 on the "e" connector.
