Yeah, just turbo charge it. Worst case scenario is that you'll have some traction issues and have to change the tires/suspension around to put down the power better.

There are plenty of guys who have put more power in an E30 than your run-of-the-mill 400-450 whp turbocharged S5x. Don't worry about it, just do it.

E46 M3s shouldn't even be a car you go after, with that kind of power you should pull on e92 Ms. I walked e46 M3s with just a bolt-on and tuned s52.

with the correct offset and fender work you should be able to fit some 245s out back.

This will solve a lot of traction issues. A friend of mine is doing ~430 whp with a turbo M20 and the 245's definitely help. Won't call them a miracle cure though.. ha. That car is nuts.

I'm lookin forthe power to be more top end.
Dominic; is that bottom mount from TRM as well? What's this spa your talkg about?
I've seen people custom fab an exhaust manifold so their turbo was sitting just above their headers. How hard is this to do?

What's the difference/ benefits going top mount vs. Bottom mount and visa versa?
                        Thanks for the info all!!

What kind of fender work are you taking about? Someone mention "rolling" out the fenders. Is this what you are referring to also?

Yeah. If you roll the fenders flat(not pulled but the just flat) and have the right offset you should be able to fit 245s out back. A nice dunlop direzza in that size should help with some traction issues.

Your going to want turbo then for top end power.
Top mount is easier IMO plus makes routing the charge pipes simple and easy.
