we got front completed with the Z3 1.9L rack, IE sway bar, E30 M3 aluminum control arms, treehouse style control arm bushings, and the modified (shortened rod and flushed) IX booster with 25mm master. Along with the Racing Dynamic springs and Bilstien shocks/ struts

the rear got a 3.25:1 LSD with IE swaybar new driveshaft and UUC short shift with a ERK and DSS. we also installed the UUC brake and clutch lines. while I was at the back of the car I installed the euro toolkit and trunk lid panel. now I'm just waiting on BMW to get the larger foam piece in for the trunk lid.

Man.. you had a lift and still took the engine out from the top. I'm jealous enough that you have access to one.

Had access to a lift? Thats the one I own, it is definitely become a necessity around our shop. And yes I took the trans out then the engine. much simpler

I would have thought it would have been much easier to drop the whole front subframe, thats what I did on my swap without a lift. I just lifted the car with the engine hoist and lowered it down on the engine, trans, and front subframe.

I removed the adapter flange on the back and shortened the rod so I wouldn't have to run a remote brake reservoir. So now everything will look stock
