I have shaved mine from the back, and left about 1,5mm of material till the ring gear, and it's pretty noticeable that flywheel is much liter than dual mass... Especially when I release accelerator pedal and kiss my steering wheel without pressing a brake :-)
Just use a local company that does all the relinings for big rig brakes/clutches etc.
To resurface the clutch? I currently do not have a m20 clutch. I am looking for a m20 clutch and wondering which is the best bang for the buck. Gripforce or Exedy kits are ~$160.
