If your gonna buy a heater core buy a new one! Used is not worth the hassle.

You could take a chance on a used one. I bought mine off of eBay 2 years ago and it's still working.

Might as well replace the heater core while you are down there. Pull the drivers seat, makes it so much easier to get to everything.

Its not that bad, but its very time consuming. Go slow because there are many items that you can bust in there causing a drain on your wallet and patience.

Buy a new one, get new o rings too. Be careful not to pop the fuse, it is a nasty whore to get to.

Your temperature control has the switch in it, BTW.

Okay yea it's confirmed. You can bypass it by looping them into each other(don't just clamp off the ends = pressure build up).

If you're willing to make your defroster and heater useless then I can look into it for you.

edit: I'll check my car again, but I THINK you can connect the two hoses from the firewall to eachother.

Lolololol @ adrian. Abby you have more info on a bypass?

    Its this thing.

Its under the dash on the drivers side, just above the gas pedal.

    Discuss.
Nope they don't sell those better buy another car. I'll buy your engine and rims though.
