Sorry about all the issues with your swap, man. #4 and #6 cylinders have sticking or bent valves most likely.

Still have that touring I sold you? I miss the interior in that thing.

If it werent for that touring - I dont know where I would be right now. That car has done nothing but wonders for me. Thank You.

Recently I took the head off and had a machine shop look at it - they said nothing was wrong with the head.

You check your slave cylinder? And why the hell did you not do a complete bleed on the system after opening it?

And why arent you sure if you have a misfire? disconnect one ignition coil at a time, and if the vibration doesnt get worse, then that cylinder is misfiring....

            After opening what?

I already did that disconnection test - every cylinder reacted the same.

Im guessing the PP isnt torqued correctly, you have an imbalanced flywheel or clutch disc, or maybe air in the clutch hydraulic lines. If you just plugged the slave cylinder in without bleeding it, then I would bleed everything (pressurize brake master cylinder reservoir and start with the clutch then do all the wheels). Sounds like the clutch is still engaging, even with the pedal to the floor....so somethings up with the slave cylinder, I would guess.

Sorry, my terminology was off. I bled the slave cyl already.

Balance may be off with the flywheel or something.

Made a new discovery though: If I drive the car and pull too hard in any gear, the car loses momentum and stalls. The power just cuts and the car ends up shutting off. ?????

Those compression #s are a bit wack.

They are within 30% of eachother... They should be good I think. And now I am thinking the DME is bad, or the crank or cam pos sensor.

Okay have you removed the transmission to check the pp yet?

You really need to narrow down where the vibration is coming from is it engine or tranny? Honestly 9 times out of 10 the last thing you touched is the problem keep that in mind.

Make sre you stay systematic in your troubleshooting don't jump around the map.
