waht do i need from an m20

I'll be pulling my m20 out of my 89 325i. I have a full 97 m3 that i will be sourcing the engine and transmission from. I'd like to know what parts from the e30 m20 engine/engine bay i want to keep. I dont want to sell the engine and realize i needed a part from it for the swap. any info helps. thanks

other than maybe a relay or two I don't think there's anything from the M20 that you can really use.

I would snag the M20 starter cable.

If you're sourcing the tranny and flywheel from the e36 you need the e36 starter etc.
Keep the m20 radiator, as mentioned the cable from the junction block to the starter as well as the cable from the junction block to fusebox.

Also keep the coolant hose that goes from the back of the m20 head to the heater core inlet, it works perfectly for the s52.

This might be a retarted question, but what are these used for? I still havent quite got to the rebuilding stages of my engine so i havent really figured everything out yet. thanks for the help
