OBD1 M52 not running right. PLEASE heeep

Symptoms. High idle hot or cold doesn't make a difference, around 1000-1100 and it idles smooth.

When its reved either driving or out of gear over 3500 it comes down pretty slow which is odd.

White smoke comes out of the exhaust hot or cold (Its been around 25-35 degrees out here) Still doesn't seem like it should do that. Oil is not milky and its not burning coolant. Smells like its running rich.

Mods that might come in to play are.
    Lightweight flywheel 15lb
    TRM M52 chip
    540i MAF
    Stock injectors
    high flow cat

    Things I have tried.

    Unplugged TPS and nothing.

    Unplugged MAF and engine dies.

Checked for vaccum leaks with propane torch around every line and nothing.

Opened oil cap and nothing in the idle changed. (which I assumed that I had a vaccum leak in the first place)

My S50 does a bit of the "white" smoke and smells rich. What octane gas are you using? I know in WA State especially we don't get 93 octane. Hell, we barely get real 91 octane gas.
    Need a part? PM me.

Clean your ICV and check for leaks with a smoke machine.

Do you have a working O2 sensor? Do you have a check engine light?

Vacuum leak and a stuck open injector?

I'll clean the ICV here soon and try that. As for the smoke machine I assume that most automotive shops would have one.

02 sensor came off a known running car, as far as I know yes. How would I go along with checking that?

No check engine light (Just the yellow "check" light.

Eh, I would assume having a stuck open injector would make the car run terrible all the time? It runs fine with decent power.

I really don't feel like its a vacuum leak because it idles smooth and is steadily high.

Stupid question, but it's worth asking... you have the appropriate cluster in there, right?

Did you check the adjustment on your throttle cable?

Yes, not opening the TB body. Got the car scanned and the results were O2, MAF, and TPS...

I would get a cluster with a check engine light. It makes life so much easier. It sounds like your throttle plate is sticking open a bit. Did you or anyone else ever mess with the idle screw?

No, the TB isn't open I checked.

Seriously, I think you have a vacuum leak.

Sometimes they are hard to find.
