    I said resistance, how would there be power on an open circuit that goes through the CPS?

    Test RESISTANCE between pins 43 and 16 at the DME connector.

          there is no significant resistance between pins 43 and 16 on the DME. I just called turner, and they confirmed the chip is infact an EWS delete chip. What to do next?

              check that the cps plug and cam sensor plug aren't switched

                    Did you swap in another Silver label and swap the Tuner chip or did you swap in a Red label????

                    Having the same problem... :(
