E21 Transmission Mount Cups, why????

    Since this post was bumped from the dead... I wanted to go ahead and say that I have upgraded to e21 mounts with cups. Never want to go back. Everything stiffened nicely and its a whole lot more response on the track.

      don't RWD E30s have the little bumper things on the oil pan that prevent the motor from shifting forward?

        They do actually but on stock m20''s have the mounting place for them... no where to place it with a 24v swap.
