Does a auto or manual 413 red label make a difference for 24v swaps?

IIRC it doesn't matter. I remember reading on bimmerforums people who used an ECU from an automatic car in their manual car

they all have their own computer for the auto tranny. Thats why people look for a manual harness because it is cleaner without the extra wiring...

Nor worried about the harness just concerned if the manual or auto dme makes a difference. I have 2 manual harness one is already converted.

If you need it more black and white, both auto and manual DME's are exactly the same. Don't trust anyone on the internet?, look up the part #'s on realoem or ask your dealer.
