    1990 4door S52 is on the way.

And so it starts. The car is starting out from 90 325i sedan with a basic stock M20 with a g260 and getting a boost from a OBD1 Converted S52. Completing tearing down and rebuilding and replacing almost everything. Planning on having this on the road in the late fall. Sorry for the lack of pictures will be posting more as i go.
So far the parts and things done:
-2 S52 engines one for extra parts
-Correct oil pan with all needed parts
    -M50 intake and throttle body
-All new gaskets for the whole engine
-I have a few harnesses and buying one of a co-worker that he says is converted all ready
-still deciding on what to do for exhaust, maybe tweak some euro headers and go with racelands
-Not sure what to about the brake booster yet
-Still deciding on a clutch flywheel set up as well
    -tree house cabs installed
-billy sports with eibach springs and solidish rsm
Almost every thing in the suspension is new or on its way to being new. All the G260 gaskets have already been replaced.
More updates will come along but this is my daily right now so updates will be slow.

Nice start! The S50 is a fun motor. Looks like you're on track for a clean swap.

My suggestion is to just relocate the factory booster over 1/2". It's easy to do and doesn't cost any extra.

      Have fun with your swap!

In the process of replacing all the gaskets and seals on the bottom end i mean everything. Removed the crank, rods and pistons to inspect bearing and rings and found to be like brand new. Got the oil pick up and oil pan on. A few pics:

Sure does. Nothing changes as far as the brake system goes. You're just simply relocating the booster over a touch. The 24v swap sticky should have info on it.

Yup. Notching and bumping it over a bit is nice. Note though that this will move the brake pedal a touch to the left (if you're in the driver's seat) and closer to the clutch. If you're like me and happen to drive your car regularly in Gortex Desert treaders, you'll run into some bumping issues.

Looks like an awesome start! I got done with my 4dr swap a few months ago!

Check my sig, and feel free to ask questions, as I also went with a G260 trans and retained my stock 325i brake booster.

Oh, and that shop you're working in looks sick!!!! I had a lift, but it was in a buddies shop and it was messy as crap.
